Job Description: AI Animation & Film Designer (Creative Artist)

Reporting To: Hong Kong Headquarters

Position Overview: Rewrite the rules of sports content. You will engineer visual assets that don't exist yet, using cutting-edge generative AI cinema tools to script, prompt, generate, and edit cinematic, hyper-stylized sports films that stop screens worldwide.

Core Responsibilities:

• AI Concept Generation: Storyboard and prompt high-fidelity sports animations, photorealistic futuristic merchandise mockups, and conceptual clips using cutting-edge generative text-to-video tools.
• Cinematic Post-Production: Take raw athletic match footage, training sequences, and standard sports IP media, and stitch them into high-energy, sound-designed promotional short films.
• Visual Strategy Design: Develop bold, avant-garde, next-generation visual identities for sports branding rollouts, tournament app interfaces, and premium global presentation packages.
• AI Tool Pipeline Optimization: Continuously test, experiment with, and integrate incoming generative video, 3D workflow tools, and neural rendering software to keep Asia Partners at the technological forefront of media production.
• Audio-Visual Mastery: Select pacing models, drop hard-hitting sound designs, and implement precise colour grading profiles to turn basic media briefs into premium, cinematic experiences.

Tech Stack & Systems Mastery

• Generative AI Engines: Expert prompting and node architecture inside Midjourney v6, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Sora, Stable Diffusion, Luma Dream Machine, and Pika Labs.
• Editing & Post-Production Suite: Advanced mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Topaz Labs AI Upscaling, and DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading).
• Design & Asset Assembly: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender for 3D modeling integrations.

Performance Drivers & What Success Looks Like

• Quarterly Win: Building a world-class, reusable library of high-impact AI models and sports motion graphics that cut production turnaround times in half.
• Creative Excellence: Producing at least three flagship cinematic campaign videos per month that hit viral engagement marks on social networks.
• Innovation Velocity: Immediate implementation of new AI software workflows within 7 days of commercial launch.

Requirements & DNA

• 2+ years of active experience in cinematic film editing, motion design, digital animation, or professional AI prompt engineering for premium studio output.
• A stunning portfolio submission demonstrating world-class pacing, sound editing sync, cinematic grading, and narrative visual power.
• A disruptive, forward-thinking approach to content generation that looks at traditional video boundaries as completely outdated.
