You are:
- Background Food Tech / Food Science / Culinary
- Min. 1 year experience in F&B R&D / product development (cafe, bakery, beverage)
- Creative energy — you love to try new flavors, especially matcha-based
- Dedicated, detail-oriented with recipes, costing & SOP
Your Role:
- Develop new drinks, desserts & seasonal menus (matcha innovation)
- Create precise recipes, costing (HPP), and SOP for bar & kitchen
- Do shelf-life test, quality control, supplier sourcing
- Work with Marketing for product storytelling & launch
- Keep R&D logbook & monthly report — every trial documented
Must-Have Skills:
- Understand basic costing, food safety, and scaling recipes
- Bonus: familiar with AI tools for trend research & recipe ideation
