Ensure the availability of alternative reagent and technical testing process run well.
Ensure the availability of test data related to microbiology, molecular, pathology and preanalytical testing, and prepare the interfacing process.
Manage annual budget in accordance with business plan.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biotechnology / Pharmacy, min GPA 3.00. Master's Degree will be an advantage.
Have 4 years experience in supervisory level
Possess in microbiology, molecular, and pathology testing
Good leadership & communication skill
