Deskripsi pekerjaan Agronomy Assistant PT Karya Biru Inovasi (Birufinery)
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, educate, implement, and monitor the measurement of parameters related to field trials
- Coordinate, educate, implement, and monitor the application of biostimulants
- Analyze and maintain data from field trial results
- Prepare reports on field trial outcomes
- Conduct interviews and literature reviews, and provide input on biostimulant applications according to the specific nutritional needs of each target plant
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree (S1 or D3) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Biology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plantation/agriculture; experience with oil palm is preferred
- Able to coordinate partner farmers and field operations teams effectively and in a structured manner
- High integrity, disciplined, and capable of working independently
