🚀 TMSX IS HIRING – Agrochemical Research Assistant

TMSX is looking for an Agrochemical Research Assistant to support the development of innovative agrochemical formulations and conduct laboratory as well as field research. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and working directly with agricultural production to create practical solutions for farmers.

📍 Placement: Maniis, Purwakarta, West Java (Mobile to partner farms)

📌 What You'll Do

• Develop agrochemical formulations including fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, bactericides, plant growth regulators, and combination products.
• Conduct laboratory testing to evaluate compatibility, stability, efficacy, phytotoxicity, and optimal dosage of formulations.
• Perform field trials at internal plantations and partner farms to validate research results and measure product effectiveness.
• Analyze research data and prepare technical reports in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to provide application recommendations and develop technical SOPs.
• Support troubleshooting activities in the field and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

✨ We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a D4/Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Agrotechnology, or a related field.
• Has a strong understanding of agrochemical formulations (EC, SC, WP/WG, SL) and crop protection principles.
• Is able to design laboratory and field experiments (CRD/RCBD) and perform basic statistical analysis.
• Enjoys working both in laboratories and agricultural fields.
• Is willing to be based in Maniis, Purwakarta and travel to partner farms.
• Has a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and owns a motorcycle.

⭐ It Will Be a Plus If You

• Have experience in agrochemical formulation, crop protection research, or tropical fruit commodities such as banana and pineapple.
• Are familiar with agrochemical product registration and regulatory requirements.
• Have good technical English communication skills.
• Possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
