PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer's complaints and giving information via Live Chat, inbound, email or sosmed
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first.

Requirements:

Education min. D3 with min. GPA 2.75.
Male/Female, max 35 years old.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Have a strong service mindset, multitasking and able to understand customer problems well
Willing to work 24 shifting & Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
