Job description

Handling customer's complain and give information.
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements

Educational Background Minimum Diploma in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred
Prefer having customer service or similar related working experience, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Proficient at Mandarin at min HSK level 3
Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
Proficiency in using basic office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Ready to work on shifting
