In this role, you will be a vital part of our Customer Service Representative team, serving as an Agent Contact Center English. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in resolving issues and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and contributing to the overall success of our contact center. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service. Our ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a diploma-level education, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients.
