Agent Contact Center English (healthcare specialist)

PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer inquiries through Inbound Calls, Live Chat, and Email.
• Assist customers with sleep-related inquiries and provide consultation based on established project guidelines and approved knowledge resources.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate complex technical, medical, or product-related concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Educational background in nurse, healthcare, medical, neuroscience, or psychology fields
• Certified Sleep Consultant is highly preferred, or candidates with relevant work experience
• Strong interest and understanding of sleep health and sleep-related concerns.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 for Chat/Email and C1 for Voice)
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on EU/US shifts
