PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer's complaints and give information via Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Video Call, and Social Media.
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problems.
Requirements:
- Education: Min. Associate degree in any related field.
- Min. 1 year experience in contact center specialized in Customer Service banking/insurance industries.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and to identify the decision making possibilities.
- Ready to work on shifting 24 hours.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.
