Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, particularly residential and apartment agents in South Jakarta.
- Develop and expand the agent network to generate leads and support sales/leasing targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads from agents and prospective clients
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, including unit and property presentations.
- Assist agents and prospective tenants throughout the sales/leasing process.
- Handle sales and leasing administration, documentation, reports, and database updates.
- Coordinate unit availability, pricing, promotions, and other information required by agents.
- Assist and coordinate new tenant move-ins, ensuring a smooth handover and move-in process.
- Maintain good relationships with existing tenants and agents.
- Support agent gatherings, open houses, and other sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, agent activities, and sales/leasing progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Property Sales, Leasing, Agent Coordination, or a related position.
- Strong existing network with property agents in South Jakarta, particularly in the residential and apartment market.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable handling agents, clients, and tenants.
- Able to conduct site visits and work closely with internal teams.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
