We’re looking for an Agency Operations Executive to help keep the day-to-day agency operations organized and running smoothly.
This is not a purely administrative role. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable supporting different parts of the agency when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day office and operational needs.
- Handle documents, invoices, expenses, reimbursements, and basic records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, couriers, and external partners.
- Help with purchasing, quotations, production needs, and office supplies.
- Support project logistics, meetings, shoots, events, or activations when needed.
- Manage bookings, deliveries, schedules, and general coordination.
- Keep track of pending operational tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with basic HR and onboarding administration.
- Help prepare simple reports, documents, or presentations when required.
- Solve practical day-to-day issues and help the team wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, office management, or a similar role.
- Organized and able to manage multiple things at once.
- Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable dealing with vendors and external parties.
- Detail-oriented and responsible with documents and numbers.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and willing to help beyond a fixed job description.
We’re looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative to get it sorted.
