Requirements:
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in related fields.
- Have work experience in any industry and skills in administration.
- Good skills in data documentation and information management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of the importation process.
- Have knowledge of automotive spare parts.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and follow up on all invoice documents.
- Manage and follow up on Requests for Payment (RFP).
- Maintain file documentation.
- Support all administrative processes in the Aftersales department.
