PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi is a system integrator for electrical systems looking for After sales service to be placed at head quarter, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.

I. Open Position

  • After sales service for heavy industry segment (oil and gas and power plant ) - 1 Person
  • After sales service for light industry (Petrochemical, fertilizer, cement, mining, manufacture and transportation) - 1 Person

II. Purpose of the job

  • Manage customer data base, selling spare part, and other service related company product port folio.

II. Job responsibility:

  • Sell spare part for Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries, and other company product port folio
  • Selling service such as training, maintenance contract and trouble shooting
  • Follow up by Chat, email or Visit to existing customer have used our product after waranty periode
  • Offering loyality program, upgrades or additional features
  • Create and update existing customer database
  • Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager

III. Essential Professional Experience:

  • 2 Years work experience in the similar position is a must

IV. Skill:

• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

• Have strong presentation and communication skill

• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage

V. Qualification:

  • Age Max 40 years old
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering more advantage
  • Experience an selling electrical products more advantage
  • Familiar in industrial power supply such as UPS, Rectifier Charger and batteries is
  • A driver type salesperson with a high ambition
  • Have pleasant analytic, salesmanship personality, hardworking and good appearance
  • Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team
  • Have car driving licence is a must
  • Ready and able to go on a business trip
