After Sales Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated After Sales Service Engineer to join our team at Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct on-site installation guidance, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance for industrial valves (ball, butterfly, gate, globe, check valves) and electric / pneumatic actuators for water treatment, power plant, chemical and oil & gas projects.

2. Communicate directly with local clients, EPC and main contractors, resolve valve leakage, jamming, actuator malfunction and other technical issues on site.

3. Perform calibration, repair and replacement of actuators and valve accessories, support SAT and project acceptance following site HSE and project specifications.

4. Prepare service, commissioning and inspection reports; submit spare parts request and field failure feedback regularly.

5. Deliver basic operation & maintenance training to client operators.

6. Manage local spare parts inventory, stock checking and requisition.

7. Strictly comply with Indonesian safety regulations and site HSE requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field. Solid valve field experience may waive education requirement.

2. Minimum 2 years hands-on on-site valve after-sales, commissioning & maintenance experience in Indonesia. Familiar with valve structure, sealing principle and actuator commissioning.

3. Able to read P&ID drawings, use standard mechanical tools, perform independent troubleshooting and valve testing.

4. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; capable of technical communication in English.

5. Resident in Indonesia, available for cross-city site trips. Valid KTP / KITAS. No major safety incident record.

Preferred

• Experience in water treatment, power or chemical industry

• Familiar with AUMA, Bermad, Krohne products
