Job Summary
Manages the brand's affiliate & KOL ecosystem on TikTok Shop — combining a manual approach (curating KOLs & mid-tier affiliates) with the Open Affiliate Marketplace to reach scale in affiliate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & manage KOLs/affiliates manually (briefing, sampling, follow-up, content approval)
- Set up & monitor the TikTok Shop Open Affiliate Marketplace program
- Negotiate & structure affiliate/KOL commissions
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates
- Report weekly on affiliate performance (active count, content produced, sales contribution)
- Coordinate with the Content Creator Internal on briefs & content references for affiliates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing affiliates/KOLs on TikTok Shop (real experience required, not just theory)
- Familiar with and has direct experience using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center/Seller Center
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Highly organized, able to manage dozens to hundreds of affiliate relationships simultaneously
- Analytical, able to read affiliate performance data to prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience building an affiliate program from scratch for a new brand
- Existing network of KOLs/affiliates in the beauty/body care category
- Experience at a brand running high-volume affiliate operations on TikTok Shop
