Affiliate Supervisor

Role Description
Evolene is looking for a results-driven SPV Affiliate to lead and scale our TikTok Affiliate channel into one of our major revenue drivers.In this role, you will be responsible for developing affiliate growth strategies, expanding our creator network, driving affiliate productivity, managing MCN partnerships, and leading the Affiliate Team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.We are looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow TikTok Affiliate GMV, revenue, and the number of productive affiliates.
• Affiliate Management: Lead affiliate recruitment, activation, development, and relationship management to build a high-performing affiliate network.
• Content Strategy: Identify winning content strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and drive affiliate content productivity and conversion.
• MCN Partnership: Build and manage strategic partnerships with MCNs to expand creator networks and maximize revenue contribution.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead the Affiliate Team, establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing, TikTok Shop, Creator Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Affiliate at meaningful scale.
• Experienced in a brand generating IDR 2B+ affiliate sales per month.
• Experience working with a brand that has 500+ active affiliates is highly preferred.
• Strong network and experience working with MCNs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem.
• Able to identify high-potential creators and winning content.
• Comfortable analyzing affiliate and sales performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience leading an Affiliate Team is preferred for SPV candidates.
