Affiliate Supervisor (TikTok Shop)

We are looking for a strategy-driven and hands-on Affiliate Supervisor (SPV) to lead our TikTok Affiliate channel. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling GMV, building strong MCN and creator partnerships, and leading an affiliate team to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok Affiliate sales performance by designing growth strategies, prioritizing SKUs/campaigns, and improving funnel conversions.
* Recruit and nurture high-potential affiliates through the lifecycle: Registered → Active → Productive → Top Performer.
* Partner with Digital Marketing, Creative, and KOL teams to test winning hooks, angles, and formats, building scalable frameworks for creators.
* Lead MCN collaborations—negotiate structures, commissions, and incentives while tracking performance by revenue and creator output.
* Manage and coach the Affiliate team, establish clear KPIs, and refine processes for creator management and performance reporting.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or related fields.
* Proven track record of managing TikTok Affiliate at scale for brands generating IDR 2B+ affiliate sales/month.
* Experience managing 500+ active affiliates (highly preferred).
* Strong, active network with top **MCNs** in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
* Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, affiliate metrics, winning content angles, and creator archetypes.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales and content performance.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management abilities.
