Affiliate Spesialist

📌 Responsibilities:

• Identify, scout, and manage partnerships with KOLs/influencers in the beauty industry: skincare, makeup, haircare
• Conduct outreach and negotiate with influencers regarding rate cards, deliverables, and campaign timelines
• Develop and execute KOL campaign strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Manage product seeding / PR package activities to KOLs and ensure content aligns with the brief
• Create clear and creative content briefs that match brand positioning and current beauty trends
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance based on KPIs: reach, engagement, conversion
• Optimize KOL campaigns to drive sales through affiliate links, promo codes, or live commerce
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, MUAs, and beauty reviewers
• Analyze beauty industry trends and competitor activities for strategy development
• Prepare campaign reports and provide insights + recommendations for future performance improvement

📌 Qualifications:

✅ Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

✅ 1–2 years experience in KOL/Influencer/Affiliator Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing. Beauty industry experience preferred

✅ Strong understanding of beauty industry trends: skincare, makeup, haircare, plus influencer trends on TikTok and Instagram

✅ Having a KOL/influencer database or network is a plus

✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills with both influencers and agencies

✅ Proven experience managing KOL campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting

✅ Familiar with digital performance metrics: engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversion

✅ Creative in developing campaign ideas and engaging content briefs

✅ Able to work independently and in a team, with good time management

✅ Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills

✅ Proficient with supporting tools: Google Sheets, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc

✅ High interest in the beauty world and keeping up with the latest trends is a plus
