You will be responsible for managing end-to-end affiliate programs, focusing on partner acquisition, relationship management, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing goals, ensuring consistent brand growth and high-quality traffic through data-driven strategies and industry benchmarking.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Willing to work in a full Work From Office (WFO) system at Joglo, West Jakarta.
