Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with affiliate partners, creating promotional strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and ROI optimization.
Qualifications
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, E Commerce, Digital Marketing or similiar roles
- Familiar with affiliate and marketplace platform
- Proficient in Marketing principles with a strong understanding of performance-based marketing
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with affiliates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and optimize campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the FMCG industry or with distribution and logistics businesses is a plus
