JOB DESCRIPTION

Memproses pendaftaran & onboarding affiliate baru: verifikasi, pengiriman kit, briefing produk
Mencari, merekrut, dan maintain hubungan dengan affiliate baru maupun existing melalui WhatsApp, TikTok, dan Shopee
Memonitor performa harian affiliate (GMV, konten upload, compliance
Mereview konten affiliate sebelum & sesudah publish, serta membuat brand brief & content guideline sesuai brand standard
Mengatur komisi produk (terbuka & bertarget) dan melakukan tiering affiliate berdasarkan performa
Membuat program & aktivasi affiliate mingguan, bulanan, dan campaign big sale
Mengelola pengiriman produk endorse (resi manual & via Desty)
Menganalisis performa affiliate (GMV, conversion, engagement) dan memantau program kompetitor sebagai bahan strategi optimasi
Mengajukan budget tim, memproses invoice ke tim finance, dan membuat rekap penghasilan bulanan creator dari TikTok & Shopee
Menyusun laporan rutin: Daily Activity Log, Onboarding Tracker, Weekly Affiliate Report, dan Content Compliance Log
Maintain database affiliate (kontak, performa, kategori, history kerja sama) dan menghubungi affiliator untuk mendapatkan feedback brand

KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan min. D3/S1 (Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau bidang relevan)
Pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun di Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, atau E-commerce
Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Familiar dengan ekosistem affiliate fashion Indonesia
Menguasai TikTok Affiliate Center & Shopee Affiliate Program
Mahir Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Mampu menganalisis performa campaign (GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement)
Mampu membuat brief produk & content guideline untuk creator
Memahami alur administrasi dasar (invoice, budgeting, rekap pengiriman)
Komunikatif, teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu multitasking
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik
Inisiatif tinggi dan proaktif mencari peluang kerja sama baru
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem target (KPI: affiliate aktif, GMV, performa)
Memiliki database/jaringan creator atau affiliator aktif
