Deskripsi pekerjaan Affiliate Specialist PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of affiliate marketing programs.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
- Monitor affiliate performance based on KPIs (sales, conversions, traffic).
- Manage affiliate links, promo codes, and campaign activations.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Prepare regular affiliate performance reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate, digital, or performance marketing.
- Familiar with affiliate platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Strong understanding of creator and KOL ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
