We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate & KOL Specialist to support and scale our affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs end to end
• Identify, onboard, and manage relevant KOLs / influencers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships
• Plan and execute campaign strategies and promotional initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance (Traffic, Sales, ROI)
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Manage commission budgets and ensure timely disbursement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI, Funnel)
• Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Dashboard)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Results-driven and proactive mindset
• Existing influencer network is an advantage
