Deskripsi pekerjaan Affiliate Specialist (Talent Pool) F-COMMERCE INDONESIA

Job Description:

Identify and recruit creators aligned with the brand’s product categories on TikTok
Proactively reach out to potential creators and build long-term partnerships
Negotiate collaboration terms including affiliate commissions, fixed fees, and campaign formats
Build and maintain a structured creator database
Support creators in improving product storytelling and conversion performance
Encourage creators to consistently publish shoppable videos and conduct livestream selling

Key Qualifications:

Min. 2 years of experience in TikTok, e-commerce, creator management, or MCN
Familiar with the TikTok Affiliate / Creator Commerce ecosystem
Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators
Data-driven mindset with basic analytics capability
Results-oriented and comfortable working with GMV targets
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets or similar tools
