affiliate specialist (Paragon x BE Agency)

Job Description

• Source, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure effective collaboration and long-term engagement.
• Monitor affiliate performance, provide regular support, and implement strategies to optimize results.
• Develop and execute initiatives to grow and strengthen the affiliate community.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in affiliate-related events, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of affiliate programs and campaigns.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple affiliates while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Passionate about the digital, e-commerce, and social commerce industry.
• Willing to work from the office as required.
• Working hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
