Responsibilities:
As an Affiliate Specialist/KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate partnerships that align with our brand values and objectives.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential affiliate/KOL, negotiating partnerships, creating content strategies, and measuring the success of the brand promotion.
Collect and update creator performance data, including video links, views, engagement, orders, and GMV.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly campaign performance reports.
You will also play a crucial role in analyzing social media trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales and relevant teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be critical in driving our influencer marketing efforts forward.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Interested in KOL marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible.
Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data entry and reporting.
Previous experience in student organizations, social media projects, or digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
