Status : Internship
On-site : Monday - Friday (08.30 am - 17.30 pm)
Fee : Rp 100.000/day
Responsibilities
- Hunt and recruit relevant Affiliates aligned with the brand.
- Manage relationships with various Affiliate Creators relevant to each campaign.
- Plan and execute campaigns, including preparing SOW (Scope of Work), contracts, and timelines.
- Monitor content to ensure it aligns with the campaign brief, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
- Build and expand the Affiliate database to support sustainable affiliate programs.
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, sales, and ROI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a TikTok Affiliate, E-commerce Affiliate, Affiliate Specialist role (preferred).
- Having an active database and network of Affiliates/KOLs/Influencers (nano to macro), particularly in pet products, home living, or beauty is preferred
- Familiar with Seller Center on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with creators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
