Job Description
Manage and develop affiliate partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
- Identify and recruit potential affiliates aligned with brand goals per month.
- Coordinate and distribute product samples to creators weekly.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaign results.
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing and social media trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting.
- Handle creator-related issues and follow-ups efficiently.
- Operate affiliate platforms such as TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Affiliate.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist, KOL Specialist, or related role in MCN/e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and social media trends.
- Familiar with TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Affiliate, and other affiliate platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage partnerships and maintain good relationships with affiliates/KOLs.
- Creative, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is preferred.
