Job description for Affiliate Operations Executive at Box Studio
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop affiliate revenue plans and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop/TAP, Shopee).
• Establish affiliate operations process, including commission/voucher schemes, campaign calendar, SOPs, link setup, KOC assignment, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Manage affiliate booking services, including livestream and e-commerce shop setup on marketplaces.
• Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to support affiliate business growth.
• Analyze e-commerce data and identify suitable KOCs for brand campaigns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
2. Experience:
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Operations, Affiliate Partnership, or E-commerce Operations.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or other affiliate networks is preferred.
3. Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong presentation, reporting, and slide development skills.
• Good command of English for business communication.
