AFFILIATE MARKETING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
Find and categorize influential individuals across various industries and communities.
Foster relationships and maintain strong communication with existing affiliates.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and campaign deliverables with affiliates.
Monitor traffic sources and campaign performance to evaluate affiliate program effectiveness.
Report on KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Affiliate team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or a related role.
Extensive network and database of affiliates.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing a diverse range of affiliates or talents, preferably in the beauty industry.
Willing to work full-time onsite (WFO) at Summarecon Bekasi.
