We are a fast-growing beauty brand focused on skincare and aesthetics, committed to delivering high-quality products and building strong digital presence. We are looking for a passionate Affiliate Marketing Staff to grow our affiliate network and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and brand awareness
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners (Shopee, TikTok, and other platforms)
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Create attractive offers, commission structures, and campaign strategies
• Collaborate with marketing team for content, promotions, and product launches
• Track, analyze, and report affiliate marketing performance (traffic, conversion, revenue)
• Stay updated with digital trends, especially in beauty and influencer marketing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in affiliate marketing / influencer marketing / digital marketing
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, social media, and influencer ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
• Familiar with tools such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms
