Job Description
- Research and evaluate affiliates to ensure alignment with the company’s values, brand, and budget for campaign success.
- Build long-term relationships with affiliates and agencies, identifying opportunities and providing support to drive mutual success.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements with affiliates/agencies, setting clear targets, guidelines, and benefits for effective collaboration.
- Coordinate affiliate collaborations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets brand standards and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize strategies as needed, and prepare reports on ROI, engagement, and key performance metrics for managemen

- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure affiliate efforts align with overall brand and business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to research, evaluate, and select affiliates that align with brand values and goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with affiliates and agencies.
- Excellent negotiation skills to formalize agreements, set targets, and define guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor affiliate performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI and key performance metrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies for continuous growth.
