- Qualifications :
- Male/Female with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL, Creator Management, or E-Commerce.
- Understands the TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems.
- Capable and accustomed to conducting creator outreach and creating affiliate programs or campaigns.
- Able or experienced in building an affiliate program from zero (is a plus).
- Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Build an affiliate program from zero on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Search, contact, and acquire potential creators, KOLs, and affiliates.
- Negotiate commissions, campaigns, and partnerships with creators and agencies.
- Create strategies and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, orders, creator performance, and others).
- Coordinate with the creative, e-commerce, ads, and livestream teams.
