We are a fast-growing beauty brand specializing in skincare and aesthetics, committed to delivering innovative products and building a high-performing digital ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to lead our affiliate team, develop scalable affiliate strategies, and accelerate revenue growth through creator partnerships and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach, and develop the Affiliate Marketing team to achieve business targets.
2. Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase GMV, revenue, and brand awareness.
3. Build, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, creators, agencies, and strategic partners.
4. Set affiliate commission structures, campaign strategies, incentive programs, and promotional plans.
5. Monitor team performance and ensure all KPIs are achieved consistently.
6. Analyze affiliate performance metrics (GMV, ROI, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS) and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Live Streaming, KOL, Creative, E-Commerce, and Product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
8. Manage affiliate budgets efficiently while ensuring profitable growth.
9. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the affiliate ecosystem.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-Commerce.
3. Minimum 1 year experience leading or supervising a team.
4. Proven track record of growing affiliate sales and achieving revenue targets.
5. Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Live Commerce, and creator ecosystem.
6. Experienced in developing affiliate acquisition strategies and scaling affiliate programs.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Excellent leadership, coaching, delegation, and team management skills.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
10. Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel, affiliate dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
11. Target-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
12. Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
