Tujuan Utama
Mengembangkan penjualan dan brand awareness melalui strategi affiliate marketing dan KOL (Key
Opinion Leader / influencer) secara efektif dan scalable.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Strategy & Planning
• Menyusun strategi affiliate & KOL sesuai target penjualan
• Menentukan budget campaign (ROI driven)
• Membuat roadmap bulanan (campaign, launching, promo)
• Menentukan target KPI (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate)
2. Affiliate Program Management
• Membangun dan mengelola sistem affiliate (Shopee, TikTok, dll)
• Recruit affiliate (nano, micro, macro)
• Menentukan skema komisi (misal 10%-30%)
• Membuat guideline & SOP affiliate
• Monitoring performa affiliate harian
3. KOL / Influencer Management
• Research & shortlist KOL sesuai target market
• Negosiasi harga dan deliverables
• Briefing konten (script, angle, selling point)
• Mengatur timeline posting
• Maintain relationship jangka panjang
4. Campaign Execution
• Menjalankan campaign (launching produk, promo, seasonal)
• Koordinasi dengan tim:
o Marketing
• Creative
• E-commerce
• Tracking performa campaign secara real-time
