Deskripsi pekerjaan Affiliate Management (Freelance) PT Digital Wings Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive revenue growth
- To manage end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization
- To monitor and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC)
- Optimizing underperforming affiliates and scale high-performing ones
- To plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
- Collaborating with Content, Live Commerce, Brand, and Commercial teams
- To manage affiliate platforms, including tracking accuracy, payouts, and fraud prevention
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- To identify and engage new partners through networking and outbound efforts
- To review tools and processes to enhance automation and scalability in affiliate operations
- Ensuring all campaigns comply with media platform and regional advertising regulations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of key affiliate metrics (GMV, ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
- Experience with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok, Shopee)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication (to be preferred)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Having adequate device to work
