Job Responsibility:
Research and connect with potential KOLs (Affiliate & Endorsement) and brands
Maintain a solid network of creators and electronic brand digital marketing teams, or content/digital teams from other MCNs.
Write clear and creative briefs for creators, ensuring brand alignment and content impact.
Strategically plan and execute KOL campaigns — from kickoff to reporting — to drive brand GMV and expand market reach.
Monitor campaign performance and affiliate results using analytics tools; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate on livestream planning and provide direction to creators for Shopee & TikTok Ads.
Build impactful pitch decks and presentations to secure new brand partnerships.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is mandatory, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
Minimum 1 year of TikTok operating experience, familiar with the operating rules of the TikTok platform (Experience in MCN agency is preferred or brand live stream operations), Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess the ability to make creative short videos;
Have strong planning ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability and language expression ability;
Well-versed in the underlying principles of TikTok or Shopee, with extensive experience in analyzing Key Opinion Leaders' (KOL) data;
Previous experience in influencer operations and serving as a data analyst for KOLs;
Previous experience and strong analytical skills in account branding, IP planning, short video operations, and advertising are highly desirable;
Possesses the ability to summarize information, excellent communication and coordination skills, self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and expertise in cross-departmental communication and resource integration;
Experience in working within the dynamic atmosphere of live streaming;
Good at communication, able to maintain a good working relationship with influencers.
