Affiliate Executive

OXAR Global is an omnichannel e-commerce fulfillment enabler helping Indonesian brands scale through a multi-warehouse distribution network across major cities in Indonesia. We manage end-to-end marketplace operations so brand partners can focus on what matters most: growing their business.

Job Descripstions :

- Recruit and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and agencies

- Develop skills and content quality of our large affiliate network (thousands of affiliates)

- Negotiate commission rates and collaboration terms

- Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports

- Optimize affiliate campaigns to hit sales/lead targets

- Coordinate with internal teams on commission payouts and campaign approvals

- Familiar with various affiliate tools/platforms in the market

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years' experience at a digital/affiliate marketing agency, or handling agency partners as clients

- Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem (networks, tracking, commissions, KPIs)

- Good negotiation and communication skills

- Comfortable working with data and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
