What We’re Looking For
- Communicative, responsive, and comfortable managing an group
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups, reminders, and administrative tasks
- Familiar with TikTok, especially TikTok Affiliate and the yellow-cart ecosystem
- Proactive in helping affiliates solve basic technical, administrative, or payout issues
- Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and group chats
- Target-oriented and interested in growing affiliate performance
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain UC’s TikTok Affiliate community
- Share weekly product priorities, content materials, and raw content from UC’s content bank
- Remind and encourage affiliates to consistently upload TikTok content with the yellow cart
- Act as the main PIC for affiliate questions related to products, links, technical issues, administration, and payout
- Check and update affiliate payment details and payment recap every four weeks
- Track affiliate activity and provide a simple performance recap, including active affiliates, uploads, and GMV
