We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Affiliate & Partnership Executive to drive growth through strategic collaborations and affiliate programs. This role will act as the main PIC (Person-in-Charge) for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates and partners, while building strong relationships with communities, individuals, and organizations aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Affiliate Program Management
- Act as the PIC for all affiliate programs, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution from onboarding to performance tracking.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard suitable affiliates (KOLs, creators, communities, and partners) aligned with brand positioning and goals.
- Develop affiliate campaign strategies, commission structures, and activation plans.
- Monitor & maintain accurate tracking of affiliate performance and optimize programs to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to ensure alignment and long-term collaboration.
- Provide regular reports on campaign results, partner performance, and growth opportunities.
B. Partnership Development & Community Building
- Identify and approach potential partners including individuals, communities, groups, and corporate entities relevant to target audiences.
- Build, maintain, and execute strategic partnerships that involve affiliate & partners in support marketing and business objectives.
- Initiate and execute collaboration ideas such as co-marketing campaigns, events, or joint activations.
- Develop long-term relationships with partners to create sustainable collaboration opportunities.
- Explore unconventional and creative partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Sales) to align affiliate and partnership activities with ongoing campaigns.
- Track and evaluate program / campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business, or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development,, or similar role.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to explore unconventional collaboration opportunities.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media, influencer landscape, or community ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce or brand marketing is a plus.
