Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Affiliate & Marketing Operations Intern to support our affiliate marketing, KOL collaborations, social media operations, and content creation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Affiliate & KOL Management: Identify and approach potential affiliates and KOLs, manage communication, follow up on collaborations, and monitor content submissions and performance.

- Social Media Operations: Schedule, prepare, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms while monitoring engagement and trends

- Content Creation: Assist in creating organic content, writing captions and scripts, editing videos, and appearing as on-camera talent

- Freelancer Coordination: Communicate with freelancers, monitor deadlines, review content, and follow up on revisions

- Campaign Support: Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, giveaways, and promotional activitie

Requirements

- Fresh graduates only, with a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields

- Good command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)

- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends

- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skil

- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)

- Basic copywriting and content creation skills

- Able to multitask and work independently or within a team

- Knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate, KOL marketing, or social media analytics is a plus
