Job Description – KOL & Affiliate Specialist (Lapakgaming.com)
Lapakgaming.com is looking for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow brand visibility
- Plan and run promotional campaigns in collaboration with KOLs and affiliates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports for evaluation and optimization
- Handle administrative tasks related to partnerships and collaborations (contracts, payments, briefs)
- Edit images and create simple visual content for promotional materials
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment across campaigns
- Identify and onboard new potential KOLs/affiliates that fit the brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or social media marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using TikTok and other social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics for campaign tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
- Basic image/photo editing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
