About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate & KOL Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns and the growth of our affiliate marketing network. You will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and driving conversions through strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive KOL and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with KOLs and content creators across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram and etc ).
- Affiliate Network Growth: Onboard new affiliate partners and optimize existing partnerships to drive scalable revenue.
- Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of influencer collaborations, including briefing, content review, and seeding.
- Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations to ensure all partnerships are cost-effective and deliver high ROI.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly performance of affiliate links and KOL campaigns. Prepare comprehensive post-mortem reports for every major campaign, highlighting and learnings.
- Track key metrics including Reach, Engagement Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain a real-time dashboard or database of KOL performance to guide future selection and budget allocation.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activities to keep our brand relevant.
