Aesthetic Solutions Specialist

Regene Life Care is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem across Preventive, Diagnostic, Treatment, and Maintenance. Through our aesthetic division, we provide premium skincare, aesthetic devices, and innovative beauty solutions for clinics and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Solutions Specialist to develop strategic partnerships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery clinics, and other healthcare providers across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, hospitals, and beauty professionals.
• Introduce premium skincare products and aesthetic technologies to healthcare partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business consultations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build long-term relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and key decision makers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and partnership agreements.
• Support product launches, workshops, and marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within aesthetics, medical devices, skincare, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Experience working with aesthetic clinics or dermatologists is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to travel for business meetings.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
