Role Overview
Provide expert aesthetic consultations and deliver safe, results-driven non-surgical treatments while fostering long-term patient trust and maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations; assess needs and set realistic expectations
- Create and deliver personalized treatment plans (injectables, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, energy-based devices, etc.) within scope of competence
- Obtain informed consent; educate patients on risks, benefits, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate medical records and before/after photo documentation
- Manage minor complications and refer to specialists when necessary
- Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to ensure hygiene, safety, and excellent patient experience
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to clinic protocols and quality improvement
Requirements
- Medical Doctor with active STR
- Maximum age 35 years
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an aesthetic clinic (experience with injectables and energy-based devices required)
- Certified in aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers/EBD, or advanced skin treatments)
- Professional, ethical, empathetic, and patient-centered communication skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, team player; growth-minded
