Deskripsi pekerjaan AESTHETIC CLINIC MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER PT ELOK OPTIMA ESTETIKA
Location : CENTRAL JAKARTA.
Responsibilities :
- Build and grow high performing teams – acquire, develop, manage, engage & retain extraordinary talent, set clear performance expectations and create culture of empowerment and accountability to achieve result.
- Manage all Clinic operational, including maximizing scheduling, distribution operations, administration and sales.
- Manage and improve Clinic Operational (Monthly, Quarterly, Mid, Yearly), focus on Clinic Growth, Customer Relationship Management, Patient Experience & Satisfaction, and Quality Management (SOP and Policies).
- Provide advice on Procedure Downtime, Pre-and Post-Care Guide.
- Design and implement Business Strategies to help the Clinic meet their goals, and evaluate, analyze and report team, and Staff Performance Evaluation, Market Research, Customer Profiling, and Sales.
- Create and implement prospective sales opportunities, and strategies to achieve sales target.
- Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment
- Maintain a good communication with all doctors, all staffs as partners of the clinic, & networking to improve the presence, and reputation of the branch and company.
- Reports and deliver business results through Key Performance Indicator and focused action to grow productivity and performance.
Requirements / Kualifikasi :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree (D3) in any field.
- Candidate must live in DKI Jakarta.
- At least 3 Year(s) of Working Experience as Manager in an Aesthetic Clinic/Gym industry (in DKI Jakarta) with a proven track record of achieving Sales Growth, and efficiency Operational.
- Good understanding in Aesthetic, Sales, Market Analysis, and Concept.
- Good Negotiation, Managerial, and Strong Leadership Skills.
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
