KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform facial and body treatments using specialized machines, as well as facial and scalp massages.
* Welcome clients and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
* Prepare treatment rooms, clean equipment, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
* Follow treatment protocols and train on the studio’s technologies.
* Monitor client progress and contribute to client retention.
* Work as part of a team and occasionally cover front desk duties, including welcoming clients and handling basic inquiries.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Friendly, motivated, reliable, punctual, and organized.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional appearance.
* Comfortable with physical contact as part of treatments and massages.
* Fluent in Indonesian and very good English.
Experience in aesthetics, massage, or wellness is an advantage. Training on the studio’s technologies will be provided on-site.
