Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (preferably handling paid ads).
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, as well as data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Creative and capable of strategic thinking in designing advertising campaigns.
- General understanding of SEO and SEM (SEM is a plus for search-based campaigns).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and audience research to understand trends and consumer needs, and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
- Plan, set up, and execute advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Manage and optimize campaigns, including targeting, placements, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and ad scheduling to achieve marketing objectives.
- Develop clear ad briefs, key messages, and ad copies tailored to specific target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging ad creatives that align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS) and regularly prepare performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
