Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Meta Advertiser role based in Yogyakarta. The Meta Advertiser will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and managing ad accounts, creating and testing ad creatives, defining audience targeting, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting budgets and bids to achieve key performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to align campaigns with brand strategy, analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and generate insights to improve future initiatives. The Meta Advertiser will stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends to ensure ASA Indonesia’s digital advertising remains competitive and effective.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with digital marketing strategy, including funnel design, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaign planning.
- Ability to create, test, and refine ad creatives, working with visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide decisions.
- Solid understanding of broader social media marketing concepts and how Meta advertising integrates into overall marketing plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, creative, and product teams.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
- Relevant experience in digital advertising, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is prefered
- Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta and adapt to a dynamic, data-driven, and innovation-focused environment.
